Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Client Guidelines To ensure the best experience for everyone: Cancellations/Reschedules: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Same-day changes incur a $80 fee. No-Shows: If no one is home at the scheduled time, the full session fee (100%) will apply. Punctuality: Arriving late may shorten your session to stay on schedule. Respect & Conduct: We ask all clients to act respectfully and professionally. Inappropriate behavior may result in ending the session without a refund.
